Return policy


You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return any unused item to us. The item must be in its original condition, in the original box with all accessories (charger, manual, etc.). After this 30-day period, the sale is considered final. If you return an item after the 30 day period, you may be charged a 25% restocking fee. Any return of used or damaged item will be refused. In the case of a return for an item that is no longer desired, the actual outward and return shipping costs will be deducted from the final amount of the refund. Wheelster Inc. asks you not to accept delivery of items that have been damaged during transport. In addition, we are not responsible for loss, theft or damage caused by the transport of items when they are returned. Be sure to take all necessary precautions before shipping any item. The refund can take up to 4 weeks from the time you ship the item to us and the time the refund appears on your account statement. Return may take 5-10 business days, inspection processes 3-5 business days and refund 5-10 business days. On the other hand, the refund will be made more quickly in very many cases. Wheelster Inc. will not accept returns of items that have been used more than necessary to test that they work. Any item returned that is functional, either because of misuse or lack of user knowledge will not be refunded. Wheelster Inc. cannot be held responsible for any losses caused, whether to your property, your income, your person or that of a third party, by the use of its products.
